Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the"Congress & Meeting Ececutive (Temporary)" position.

As a Congress & Meeting Executive, you will report to the Head of Business Excellence.

Planning & Coordination

• Collect and consolidate internal demands for congress and meeting participation

• Prepare the annual congress and event calendar

• Define event action plans in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams

• Organize and track all congresses and meetings aligned with the compliance and internal process

• Support field force logistics and ensure quality execution of each event

Budget & Cost Management

• Liaise with agencies to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality

• Prepare and manage budgets for all events and meeting services

• Revise budgets when needed and ensure accurate invoice follow-up

Execution & Logistics

• Coordinate travel logistics for invited physicians, pharmacists, and company staff

• Manage invitations and required documentation for healthcare professionals

• Oversee delivery and setup of exhibition booths, stands, flags, and other materials

• Prepare purchase orders and payments in SAP and monitor workflow reports

• Attend local and international congresses when needed

3–5 years of experience in congress and event management in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and familiarity with SAP

• Hands-on experience in budget management and financial reconciliation

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors

• Willingness to travel and represent the team at key events

• Fluency in English
