The Customer Service is responsible of the Supply Chain customer interface (order to cash and collaboration) of the CBU. Maximization of Customer satisfaction, service level and collaboration with customer by minimizing supply chain losses and inefficiencies.The mission is focused on collaboration by developing leading solutions with customers that drive volume growth and provide a sustainable competitive advantage.

Responsibilities and duties

· Deliver perfect execution in the order management process (Order to Cash) and service performance, driving superior customer service level and customer satisfaction

·  Own the unique customer service for all the customer Supply Chain processes:

                      - order to cash (follow-up, quotas, complaints)

                      - review customer complaints / track customer complaint resolution

                      - handle complex and escalated customer service issues

       - Collaboration projects: joint planning, VMI, replenishment orders, customer order   influence, on shelf

           availability, cost to serve.

Academic and trade qualifications

·         Relevant bachelor's degree

·         Customer service experience

·         Supervisory experience

·         In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices

·         In-depth knowledge of customer service software, databases or/and CRM tools

Work experience and skills

·         Very good Communication skills

·         Customer service focus

·         Problem analysis and problem-solving, Decision-making

·         Planning and organizing

·         Initiative, Flexibility

·         Excellent MS Office, Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
