As a Customer Solutions Manager - Supply Chain, you will guarantee the delivery to cash process and commercial policies for all customers, as well as be the main interlocutor for the Operations & Supply Chain department.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Implementation and identification of collaboration plans with the clients.
  • Follow up the logistics requirements negociated with customers in order to guarantee customer satisfaction at optimal cost.
  • Define the sales forecast of new products and promotional actions.
  • Ensure the main KPIs: On Shelf Availability and Service Level on target.
  • Work closely with respective sales staff as their internal contact point for customer requirements, including special projects, and/or product changes, etc.
  • Interact with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Build and sustain positive customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to propose and implement solutions to customer challenges

About you

To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:

  • Experienced professional with University Degree and 3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain: Customer Collaboration, Logistics, Demand and Planning.
  • FMCG knowledge and main sales channels.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as high analytic skills.
  • Efficiency and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Languages: Portuguese and fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
