Join our Dan One Internship Program and become part of the European Research & Innovation team!
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in food innovation, product development, and cross‑functional collaboration — all within an international environment.
During this internship, you will:
- Support the development, implementation, and launch process for renovation, innovation and cost/quality improvement projects.
- Manage internal documentation systems, including entering raw materials, packaging, and recipes.
- Take part in pilot and industrial trials — plan, organize, conduct, collect data, analyze results, and present conclusions.
- Prepare and distribute product samples for internal and external purposes.
- Perform basic physical and chemical analyses of samples (e.g. pH, viscosity).
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from different functions and countries.
This role will allow you to experience the full R&I workflow — from concept to factory testing.
About you
- Is currently studying or has recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or a related field.
- Shows strong interest in research & development, food technology, innovation, or nutrition.
- Has good analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with curiosity and creativity.
- Is fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
- Enjoys teamwork and building relationships in a dynamic, international environment.
- Is motivated, proactive, open to new challenges, and learns quickly.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Is confident using MS Office (especially Excel).
- Is open to occasional travel for training purposes.
