Join us as a Graduate – Quality through our dynamic 2-year Graduate Program designed to give you in-depth exposure across key areas within the function and build real capability through hands-on experience. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity designed for recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in a dynamic, international environment. The program includes functional rotations across Quality Assurance and Production/Operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of quality systems and manufacturing excellence.

A Peek into Your Role

Get ready to dive into a world of opportunity and innovation! As part of our program, you’ll roll up your sleeves and lead impactful, hands-on projects that will build your expertise in:

• Ensuring product quality and safety through robust food safety and compliance systems.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in production to enhance operational efficiency and product consistency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards and drive root cause analysis.
• Gaining exposure to regulatory requirements, internal audits, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Working closely with production teams to understand end-to-end manufacturing processes and how quality is embedded at every stage.

What we’re looking for:

• University graduate in Food Technology/Food Science/Food Engineering/Chemistry/ Microbiology or a related field.
• Internship or trainee experience in Quality, Production, or Food Operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food safety and quality.
• A proactive, curious, and resilient mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High energy levels and a positive attitude.
