As C&P Data Analytics and Digital Business Partner you will act as a trusted advisor for the procurement community of one of the L2 categories in C&P and for x-category initiatives. This role will handle and prioritize requests that turn information into insights and drive business results.
Your main responsibilities:
Translate business goals to the technical team who will create the models and solutions; and act as the SPOC for Data Analytics & Digital project requests from one of the L2 C&P categories.
Coordinate DA&D stakeholders to prioritize projects, manage the drumbeat within your category and be accountable for the delivery of your digital transformation roadmap
Act as global product owner of some of the solutions developed.
Provide Ad-hoc analysis to your categories using the data available in the Procurement Single source of truth (SSOTs). Pass on these analysis to our analytical desk and coordinate their evolution and value generation.
Help business leaders identify and prioritize business problems that can be addressed with data analysis or digital and AI solutions
To be successful in this position, you have experience in leading global and regional programs, particularly in digital transformation for procurement and supply chain. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in stakeholder management, from senior leaders to influencing cross-functional teams without direct leadership. Proficiency in complex analysis, integrating multiple data sources, and data storytelling is essential.
Furthermore you have:
A can do attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo in a complex environment
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and strong priority management skills
Proven experience with agile methodology and design thinking
Appetite for new technologies and ability to upgrade your knowledge in the field
Highly skilled in excel and experience with PowerBI or Tableau
5+ years experience in program management or procurement positions
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
