About the job

Deployment Analyst / Logistic Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day and weekly logistics operations, including order allocation, shipment execution, daily performance monitoring, and operational coordination with Plant Logistics, Warehouse, Transporter, and Customer teams. This role focuses on ensuring logistics execution runs according to plan, service levels are achieved, and operational issues are resolved quickly.

 

This position is responsible for :

1. Execute weekly order allocation, ensuring order priorities, truck availability, route requirements, and service commitments are properly aligned.

 

2. Convert production and order plans into daily shipment execution by customer, SKU, truck, loading schedule, and delivery time window.

 

3. Coordinate daily with Plant Logistics, Warehouse, Transporter, Customer, and internal teams to secure product availability and shipment readiness.

 

4. Monitor daily logistics performance including CFR, DSL, OTP, truck turnaround time, and plan vs actual volume.

 

5. Identify and escalate operational issues such as stock mismatch, plant downtime, transport shortage, shipment delay, and supply mitigation needs.

 

6. Support short-term movement and allocation of RTP, jugrack, FG, SFG, and non-FG based on operational requirements.

 

7. Maintain accurate operational data including shipment status, truck utilization, lane information, transporter performance, and manual CTS input when required.

 

8. Support cost-to-serve control by validating transport cost, warehouse invoice, RTP cost, and highlighting cost variance or efficiency opportunities.

About you

 

1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
 
2. Experience in Logistics Operations, Transportation Planning, Deployment, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or Customer Service Logistics
 
3. Experience managing daily shipment execution and transportation planning
 
4. Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including plants, warehouses, transporters, and customers
 
5. Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
 
6. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
 
7. Strong execution mindset with high attention to detail
 
8. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 
9. Ability to manage and maintain accurate operational data
