The incumbent will build and maintian a high-quality power BI and automations solutions that enable accurate, efficient SSC operations acorss APAC.

Responsibilities :

Power BI Development

Build and enhance DBS APAC dashboards using Power BI

Prepare structured datasets from Excel, SQL queries, and system extracts.

Troubleshoot refresh failures and maintain data pipelines.

Validate dashboards for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with SSC standards.

SQL Extraction & Data Preparation

Develop SQL queries for recurring data extraction from ERP/HRIS/workflow systems.

Maintain extraction scripts and perform reconciliations for data validation.

Automation Development (Power Automate + UiPath)

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate and UiPath.

Automate recurring processes for Service Lines

Conduct UAT, prepare Process Definition Document (PDD)/Solution Design Document (SDD)/test logs, and maintain runbooks.

Monitor automations, resolve exceptions, and continuously optimize workflows.

Documentation & Governance

Maintain documentation for dashboards, pipelines, automations, SQL extracts, and data flows.

Apply governance standards defined by the Manager

Prepare evidence for audits and reviews.

User Support & Training

Provide support for dashboard or automation issues.

Help users navigate digital tools.

Support onboarding of new users and Power Users with simple training materials.

• At least 2 years in BI development, automation, or shared services operations.
• Hands-on development in Power BI + Power Automate + UiPath required.
• Degree in IT, Business, Data, Engineering, or related field.
• Lean six sigma certificate is an added advantage
• Good command in both speaking and written English
