About the job

With the advancement of the HR/Learning technology world, Danone has announced the ambition of Dan’Skills program to transform into a Learning Organization, where we will be transforming & pushing further our Digital Learning ecosystem to the next level.

This role will be responsible of the data aspect of this strategic project, driving innovation in our Digital Learning ecosystem. the role is crucial in maintaining data integrity, quality, and effective management. You will report to the HR Digitalization Global Learning Manager, as the data associate where you will support the restructuring of our digital learning data model, redefine content management processes, and develop new methods for using digital learning content.

Learning Catalogue and Content Tagging for Campus X

  • Assist in developing a comprehensive database of all learning content and catalogues.
  • Support in developing and implementing the content tagging policy for all content available. (global, local, functional, etc)
  • Keep the tag maintenance as an ongoing process.

Ensure all content is effectively tagged by daily auditing, and correcting (through advising the learning team)

 

Support the Restructuring of our Digital Learning Data Model:

  • Assist in the analysis and redesign of the current digital learning data framework to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support in mapping people data with learning content data. Integrate user data, including current positions and future skill gaps (which is being built by the Skills team), with content data such as learning modules, curriculums and pathways.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in data structure and usage.
  • Ensure the maintenance of this mapping system by regular auditing, and correcting the data accuracy

 

Ensure the ongoing maintenance of the content database, processes and protocols

  • Ensure the database is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible for all stakeholders by regular auditing
  • Work closely with learning managers to streamline content “tagging” policy and ensure the tag maintenance is applied to their day-to-day scope
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure the new processes are effectively implemented to keep the database up-to-date, accurate.
  • Ensure regular auditing, and correcting data errors, enhancing the right usage (through advising and guiding the learning team)
  • Develop guidelines with the support of IT, and Danone academy to implement the newly built processes and protocols.

 

Support the Relevant Data Structure for Reporting Cycles:

  • Assist in defining what data should be input into the Learning Management System (LMS) and what data should be extracted for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure the data structure supports accurate and timely reporting for organizational needs

About you

Basic Qualifications/competencies:

  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • A previous experience in data stewardship, data quality management, and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of a digital learning systems and technologies.
  • Strong HR/learning skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to understand business-driven needs and their link to data structures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to take in charge of projects and equally the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Agility, entrepreneurship, curiosity, autonomy, proactivity, positive attitude, sharing and collaborative mindset.
  • Innovative and agile mindset, data driven and solution oriented, ability to challenge a project team/scope in a constructive way

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital learning systems and technologies.
  • Experience in the education or corporate training sector.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
