This role is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for the Country Head. The driver must maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality while ensuring the assigned vehicle is in excellent condition. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel regularly within Klang Valley and other locations as required are essential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Safely drive the Country Head to appointments, meetings, and outstation trips as required.
• Ensure timely daily pick-up from residence to office and other destinations as instructed.
• Plan travel effectively to ensure smooth journeys, including route optimization and anticipating traffic conditions.
• Support administrative tasks related to travel planning or other assigned administrative duties.
• Ensure the safety and security in alignment with company WISE guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Country Head’s schedule and company matters.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition (interior and exterior) on a daily basis.
• Report any vehicle issues or defects immediately for prompt repair.
• Comply strictly with company rules, regulations, policies, and instructions.
• to insert Odometer when fueling with SHELL card for reporting purposes.

• Valid Malaysian Class D driving license with a clean record.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or company driver.
• Strong knowledge of Klang Valley roads and navigation systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to last-minute requests.
• Professional, polite, and dependable.
• Basic knowledge of car maintenance is an advantage.
• Defensive driving or first aid training is a plus.
