Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation

  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and automation within the Employee Services organization.
  • Partner closely with global teams to support digitalization, data initiatives, and the deployment of global HR solutions.

Leadership & Capability Growth

  • Lead and develop a team of 30+ HR professionals, including two manager‑level direct reports.
  • Ensure optimal team structure, capability building, and readiness to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

About you

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.

  • 10+ years of experience in Employee Services, HR Operations, or Shared Services leadership roles.

  • Deep knowledge of HR admin and payroll processes, HRIS/core HR systems, and compliance frameworks.

Key Skills & Strengths

  • Strong leadership with a people‑first and service‑oriented mindset.

  • Proven experience in transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.

  • Expertise in labor law, compliance, and navigating local legislation.

  • Analytical, structured, and proactive in problem-solving.
