Environment Coordinator (Zoetermeer – fulltime)
This role is part of our Specialized Nutrition factory in Zoetermeer and reports directly to the HSE Manager. In this factory (with over 500 Danoners) we produce specialized liquid medical nutrition that contributes to the well-being of vulnerable target groups (infants, elderly and sick) in over 55 countries.
What are you going to do?
As an Environmental Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that factory operations comply with environmental regulations outlined in the environmental permit, Danone Corporate Guidelines, and the ISO-14001 and 50001 certified environmental management system, among other standards. Through inspections, internal audits, and compliance rounds conducted in both the office and the factory as part of a team, you identify necessary process improvements and oversee their implementation in the relevant departments.
Additionally, you will enhance your core responsibilities in environmental management by implementing improvements related to health and safety.
You will be the main contact for Environmental governmental bodies and work closely with Supply Point Management team on specific topics.
