The Field Project engineer will lead key role in managing technical projects—such as installing new production lines, upgrading equipment, improving factory efficiency, or ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering)
• (3–5) + years of experience in CAPEX project management, procurement, or

   supply chain within FMCG or manufacturing
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is

   often preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
