About the Job

 

 As Finance Manager - Materials, you are a key member of the international EMEA operations finance team.  You will provide financial direction, insights, and help provide recommendations to improve overall operations performance, enhance processes and tools, and support the sustainability program to drive results. 

 

Your key missions will notably include: 


- Material Analyst

  • Materials plannings, reporting, analysis, and consolidation for the EMEA region
  • Support the financial Rolling forecast process, Actuals and AOP reporting
  • Supporting the productivity target setting and animation process.
  • Variance analysis and commentary on root-cause of deviations to enable, then effectively and efficiently follow up with operations and finance team on cost deviations/gaps vs target and actions to bridge them.
  • Ensure accurate reporting for all productivity projects using IPRO view tool, drive conversation/ animating teams on short / Medium and long-term productivity opportunities
  • Sustainability animation with C&P Finance, Buyers, Category finance and functions. Provide visibility on the investments and CO2 reduction.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review.
  • Actively recommends and implements continuous improvement to financial control processes and tools  

- Co-Manufacturing 

  • Lead the annual forecast process for standard pricing across the EU region.
  • Each RF cycles with SKU level pricing with C&P/local controllers and coman material equation building for EU region and accurate reporting.  
  • Support the category teams and C&P in development of business cases for insourcing/outsourcing of manufacturing operations, while assisting in evaluating make-or-buy decisions and providing financial insights for related business case assessments.

About you

To be successful in this role, you have relevant Finance experience in a complex, multinational context (factory/operations controlling is a plus) and Academic degree and working level with a track record of performance. You have excellent analytical skills, rigorous, accurate and strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially to non-finance, building effective relationships from shopfloor to CODI based on trust, integrity and positive energy.  

We will welcome an open-minded, reliable, proactive and team-oriented person. Strong communication and technical skills are required to connect to other finance teams and manage financial topics within the organization.
