Area of Accountabilities:

• Investment Monitoring: Monitor A&P investment for the total business and brand-level allocation to ensure spending aligns with the approved budget.
• A&P Budget Controlling: Review the monthly A&P budget tracking and rolling forecast to identify risks of under- or overspending for YTG.
• Spending Effectiveness: Ensure spending effectiveness by reviewing pre- and post-promotion activities and ICP project ROI. Gather key learnings for improvement actions.
• Business Partnering: Provide the necessary analysis and challenges to ensure the investment activities are in line with business objective and strategies. Evaluate and monitor business cases to ensure growth and profitability as per expectation and make adjustment recommendation, as necessary.

Technical and Functional Competencies:

• Accounting and Financial Analysis: Define KPIs to improve the follow-up of the performance in the areas he / she is responsible.
• Resource Allocation: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to capture actionable value creation opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Influence execution of relevant plans in line with adequate resource allocation.
• Performance Management: Design, implement and maintain business and financial performance monitoring tool.
• Cash Flow Generation: Drive / execute plans to improve cash-flow in his / her area (e.g. Working Capital “WC” improvement, assets efficiency).
• Tax: Understand the tax processes, including where and when to refer questions  

• University degree, major in Account / Finance / Business
• Requires high degree of independence and pro-activeness
• High diversity in exposure to FMCG industry and roles
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on A&P budget controlling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Experiences with FMCG at least 3 years
• Business analysis's role is a plus
• Presentation skills, creativity, independent, time-management skills
• Able to communicate and write in English
• Ability to focus and drive for results and efficiency
• Get the task done on hands efficiently, timely and effectively
