Main goal of DANONE FUTURE SPECIALIST PROGRAM is to hire young potentials, who will be offered 18 months rotation internships. After the internship, we will offer you Specialist role within our organization. During those 18 months you will, have opportunity to work in two different teams, in each you will spend 9 months. This will give you wider and deeper experience to create your own preferred career path in international environment.

Teams in DANONE, that are taking part in the program:

• HR BP (Manages talent and performance, employee relations, prepares salary proposals, manages employee’s entry, and exit processes)
• EMPLOYEE SERVICES (Manages payroll, employee & benefits administration, international mobility operations, employee data management & HR reporting)

About you

To be a successful Future Specialist, we believe you need to have:

• University degree in HR, Management or related
• Communicative level of English and Polish
• Available for full time job
• Willing to work in a hybrid model (2 days a week from our Warsaw office)
• Open minded and pro-active approach

We will offer you 18 months employment contract, feedback sessions after each rotation and in the end Specialist position!
