Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing change management plans for new HR solutions on a global scale
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
• Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives
• Prepare presentations and materials using tools like Canva
• Generate ad-hoc reports and reviews
• Collaborate with different departments across the organization
• Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and align agendas
• Engage in full ownership of specific projects, driving them from start to finish

Target Profile:

• Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
• Highly developed soft skills with the ability to execute tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is advantageous
• An interest in HR and it's processes
• A driven and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable engaging with high-level management and taking on responsibility
• Not afraid to take initiative and approach challenges with confidence
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work from the office at least three times a week, especially in the beginning
