BI Impulse is a major Finance Data & Tech transformation program aimed at delivering to all Company Business Units a shared Performance Management model and technology stack (Tagetik EPM & PowerBI) creating the conditions for the controlling teams to increase efficiency, agility, accuracy and data exploration / analysis capabilities needed to lift Finance business partnering role and impact The Digital Finance Continuous Improvement Manager is a key role within the RUN Finance support organization to sustainably ensure user benefits by driving challenging activities from adoption/empowerment to functional support (+ go-between with IT), simplification and continuous improvement of shared model (from process and tool perspectives) as we continue to push ambitions and deployments forward This position in Finance Data&Tech is an opportunity to join a team that values diversity, initiatives, agility and talents while enthusiastically contributing to shaping Danone's future of Finance.

About you

To be successful in this role, you meet the following requirements:

  • Solid Finance background with experience in controlling, Perf. Management, Accounting (min. 5 years)
  • Knowledge on controlling IT landscape (SAP, EPM tools, PowerBI).
  • Tagetik is a plus
  • Experience in change management and transformation project is a plus
  • Process oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills including prioritization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex information into insights.
  • Interest in Data & Tech topics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
