Graduate Program STAR & GREAT 2027 is an accelerated development journey designed to shape the next generation of leaders at Danone Indonesia. • GREAT provides immersive exposure across Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, equipping you with the experience and skills needed to become a future Operations Leader.

Who are we looking for?

1. Outstanding Bachelor/Master Graduates (all majors)

2. 0-3 years working experience

3. Has related internship & leadership/organization experience

4. Intermediate English fluency

5. Willing to be placed at any Danone locations across Indonesia

6. Available to onboard in Q1 2027 (Jan - February)
