About the job

Manages a Key Account Team and ensures all plans are in line with Category Growth Stories & Danone’s Strategy. Sells the plan across multiple levels of the Customer’s organization, negotiates major contracts/deals with the Customer and manages Danone resources to ensure excellent execution ensures execution.

Qualification(s)

  • 3-year suitable degree

Experience

  • Strong sales management background with a proven track record in growing market share and meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Previous experience in Commercial Accounts Management
  • Demonstrated examples of leading and sustaining high performing teams
