PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- She or he will lead and supervise a team of HN Channel Strategy (Medical Marketing) and support staff in driving and executing the effective medical marketing strategies and plans.
- Develop & execute medical marketing functional strategy and plans based on thorough analysis of the market, environment, competitive and consumer trends as well as the desired business objectives of the company.
- Lead the development of communication materials for HN team and manage medical projects and events.
- Ensure high quality execution of the marketing/ business plans in a coordinated fashion with Medical Sales, in line with Marketing & Sales, Operations/Supply Chain, Finance and advertising/research agency.
- Manage & spend budget effectively to achieve project objectives within budget approval
- Conduct market visit to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies & plans executed and competitors’ activities.
- Work closely with HN Solutions & Science team and sales & marketing team to develop and drive HCPs segmentation including analysis and interpretation of data on the target group, understand market & category. Leads HN team to develop the winning HCP strategies & tactics.
- Develop a competitive & sustainable category and brand strategy to and though the medical channel which is deeply rooted in relevant HCP/consumer insights and need-states.
- Develop the long-term business strategy, planning & performance management to achieve budget commitments.
- Define, organize and execute projects to successfully deliver objectives on time and on budget. Establish collaborative relationship, co-creation with internal & external stakeholders that generates mutually beneficial growth and productivity.
- Lead all aspects of the creative development process to ensure high quality, effective integrated communication strategy across all relevant HCPs touchpoints to deliver consistent brand experience to and through the HCP, which builds brand equity & drives trust and sales performance.
- Determine communication objectives & strategies to maximize the quality & profitability of the interaction to & through the HCP to the consumers.
- Develop & drive appropriate education materials & programs to engage with mums via the key HCPs at Medical Channels.
- Define the HCP and community relationship marketing strategies & ensures its effective implementation in accordance with brand objectives.
- Drive HCPs engagement strategies fit for AAFB (Advanced Ask for Business)
- Identify new growth opportunities, innovate renovation on existing portfolio, product and packaging development. Prioritize & execute them with excellence to drive HCP recommendation and channel growth opportunities.
- Build credible scientific communications campaigns, drive company/brand of first choices in medical channels.
- Develop high performance teams with excellent scientific and communication skills.
- Compile and submit monthly reports on relevant project updates and support activities.
- Support in any other ad-hoc tasks & other jobs assigned by supervisors
