HR Coordinator

YOUR responsibilities as an HR Coordinator will include:

HR Operations & Employee Support

• Act as a key HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related questions and ensuring high-quality employee experience
• Manage day-to-day HR administration activities in liaison with Payroll teams (employee data, contractual changes, onboarding formalities, retirement simulations, part-time arrangements, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, social indicators and mandatory reports (e.g. Social Report, workcouncil data,etc)

 Training & Onboarding Plan

• Support and advise managers on Training plan
• Coordinate Factory Training Plan (including mandatory safety, QFS training, etc)
• Create onboarding plan for all new Danoners in each function

Culture & Engagement

• Coordinate the deployment of local employee engagement and social surveys
• Co-build, deploy and monitor action plans to strengthen engagement and culture at site level

Social Relations Support

• Organize professional elections at site level (if applicable)
• Support the Site HR Manager in the deployment, communication and monitoring of collective agreements (new or ongoing)
• Contribute to maintaining a constructive social dialogue environment.

We are looking for an HR Coordinator with the following profile:

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Business School or University)

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of labor law and social regulations
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is considered a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational skills with a structured and methodical approach
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong synthesis skills
• Advanced proficiency in HR systems and IT tools, especially Excel (including pivot tables and macros)
• Strong operational mindset with a team-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
