As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team (HR Manager and HR Advisor) within the HR Nutricia Medical Devices (NMD) team through various HR projects and HR cycle (for example Talent Review process), data analysis with our HR dashboard, and much more.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and improve the quality of employee and organizational data in our HR systems (sHaRe and Founda), ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Support HR reporting activities by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee questions, providing timely support and guidance in line with HR policies and processes.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires by coordinating documentation, monitoring deadlines, and liaising with IT and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth start.
  • Assist the HR team across different initiatives and stages of the employee lifecycle, including development conversations, salary review, and bonus processes.
  • Initiate projects aligned with your interests and strengths, creating opportunities for learning, growth, and impact.

About you

As a Human Resources Intern, analyzing data, maintaining HR records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations is second nature to you. You can work confidently with Excel, handle administrative tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. On top of that, you are a curious, creative, and approachable individual who isn't afraid to speak their mind, ask questions, and continuously learn and grow.

 

Key requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field enrolled during the entire internship period.
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
  • Available to start in August/September 2026, for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written; other languages are considered as a plus;
  • You are able to work from our Zoetermeer office or any of our other locations, at least 2-3 times per week.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills;
  • Comfortable working with data, Excel, and digital systems
