We're looking a profile for HRBP Operations Intern who will support our HR Business Partner team in various project and operational initiatives. Develop learning dashboards and support technical training, support HR recruitment, HR administrative and reporting, assist in project execution and maintain system quality.

Requirements: 

- Final year undergraduate student (no active class),with major in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related fields

- Good analytical, organizational, and people collaboration skills.

- Power BI proficiency with basic to intermediate skills

- Communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
