We are seeking a Hygienist to join our Balclutha team, offering a unique opportunity to manage your own territory within the Production Team. Your role involves promoting a culture of hygiene by maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.

The key focus for you will be a part of the Hygiene team in following internal procedures, and trackers and encouraging high hygiene standards across the site to deliver high-quality products. You will assist in achieving our business goals through your ability to be alert, follow our procedures, and be a great team player.

This vacancy is a permanent full-time, working Wednesday - Saturday, 5:30am- 2:30pm. Please note that this is a physical role that involves standing for long periods and some heavy lifting.

Ideally you will have:

• Ability to maintain cleanliness in all areas to meet Danone Standards.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Be physically fit.
• Strong organizational skills.

To be successful in this role, you will also have:

• Self-starter with a passion and persistence

• High energy and commitment.
• Experience in chemical handling is advantageous; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
• High accuracy and sense of urgency.
• Basic computer skills.
