Your main functions will be:

• Support the travel and expense cost management process and ensure effective internal control.

   

• Assist in managing all information changes requested to be applied to the Master Data.

   

• Support the payments team by communicating with other departments to resolve various issues and participate in improvement projects.

   

• Assist in supporting the invoicing team in various tasks.

Do not hesitate to apply if...

• You have studied a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or similar.
• You have analytical and good communications skills 
• Excel knowledge
• You are fluent in English and French (minimum B2)
