We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Operational Manager to support the Indirect Operational Procurement Center (IOPC) team in aligning with Danone’s global procurement standards. This role The role also focuses on team development, performance tracking, and delivering consistent, high-quality procurement services across all Danone entities.

Responsibilities :

• Support and guide IOPC perform the activities according to core model/Localization;
• Support and guide business is working according to the core model/Localization per deployment;
• Proper escalation within procurement organization in cases escalation is required
• Identify and filter the mismatch with the core model/localization and the reality of the business
• Identify and implement training and development plans for the team and individuals
• Create action plan with Category buyers to improve on No touch PO’s/reduction of PO’s/ increase spend under management
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities
• Make day-to-day decisions on operational activities within the P2P Indirect procurement process
• Anticipate, identify, and assess complex issues/problems. Develop and implement a corresponding plan of action to bring the situation to resolution.
• Communicate with External and internal stakeholder
• Role will be part of overall global service delivery centers to ensure a Global noiseless service for all Danone entities.
• Reporting on KPI/SLA
• Follow up/Chase Buyers & category managers to finish agreed action plans

Requirements :

• University Degree preferably in Business Administration
• Working experience in purchasing and/or center of excellence and/or process execution team and min. 3 years as people/team manager
• Adaptability to multicultural contacts and environment;
• Highly accurate mindset on received data set of content;
• Service oriented mindset,strong communication skills, good listener and problem solver
• Some affinity with technical data connection work;
• Proficiency in English is required for this role. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia is considered an advantage and will be beneficial for regional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
