                                    Indirect Sourcing Manager

As an Indirect Sourcing Manager, you will drive cost savings and working capital improvement through effective management of indirect procurement. The role owns purchasing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance internally and with suppliers. It leads vendor selection, contract negotiations, and enforcement of standard terms and payment policies. The position also rolls out Group Danone purchasing best practices while empowering end users through standardized tools and processes.

About the job

As an Indirect Sourcing Manager, you will be doing the following activities:

1. C&P function performance: Costs savings + Working Capital Improvement
2. Owner of the Purchasing Procedure, internally (vs employees) & externally (vs vendors)
3. Empowerment of end-user's vs purchasing tool & procedure
4. Vendor Selection process, from a governance, business and finance point of view
5. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions.
6. Enforcement of standard purchasing terms & conditions, including payment terms policy
7. Roll-out Group Danone purchasing best practices
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience with Procurement background ideally acquired in an FMCG
• Familiarity with ERP systems & workflows
• Able to draft relevant and easy to follow processes & procedures
