Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Reports to Senior Industrial Controlling Manager

• No people management

• Being a business partner to operations team by providing detailed analysis related to direct and indirect production cost and KPIs for all factories and tracking current situation in the country 

• Animate company financial performance cycle through monthly forecasting process and monitor risks and opportunities for operations departments

• Manage Danone Group Rolling Forecast process and contribute & push others to deliver commitments supported with detailed financial analysis

• Involvement in monthly closing process; ensuring costing run properly for all industrial cost and all accruals booked.

• Providing detailed variance analysis between actuals vs forecast &, obtaining valid explanations for variances from operations team and challenge for mitigation plan by sharing detailed financial and analysis outputs.

• Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, to be an active contributor to productivity projects, validate, review and track proposed savings Manage Capital Expenditures, feasibility analysis with operations team, calculating ROI, payback periods

• Continuously identify, design and implement improvements in processes leveraging technology and data

• Ensuring compliance of Danone Group Accounting and Internal Control rules

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields

• Min 4-5 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions

• Accounting knowledge is required/ IFRS reporting experience is an asset

• Financial controlling experience is required / FMCG experience is an asset

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset

• Excellent organization, planning and negotiations skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Manage complexity and contradictions with resilience and tenacity
