Within the production planning chain team, you report to the Senior Supply and Planning Manager. The intern supports the planning teams in producing production and deployment plans, while ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. They also contribute to the execution of a continuous improvement project within the planning team.

Responsibilities

• Operational support: Participate in the development and updating of production and deployment plans.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the quality, logistics, and transport teams.

Key Abilities for the Position

• Ability to communicate clearly with various internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Analyse and find solutions to different challenges encountered
• Quickly master information systems

• Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, or related fields (3rd year completed)
• Experience in the consumer goods market
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Analytical skills and proficiency with analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Organized and able to handle multiple topics at a time
• Relationship fluency, both internal and external
