The Danone Global User eXperience department is recruiting an intern. The position is based in France, on the Paris-Saclay campus (Danone Global Research & Innovation Center - Gif-sur-Yvette).
MISSIONS
Context:
The Trends & Consumer Benefits Exploration team investigates new consumers behaviors and anticipates breakthrough market solutions, across cultures. We seek to go beyond traditional consumers observation methods, leveraging and crossing all types of insights (ethnographies, social & search data, reviews and ratings, anthropologist interviews, any form of cultural insights…).
This collection of consumers and markets early signals allow us to shape Danone Future of Food strategy, by onboarding internal teams on key consumers benefits, and by co-building R&I Scientific and Technological mid/long term roadmaps.
Missions:
· This internship aims at accompanying the download of these foresight by internal stakeholders from tech and science, and help co-building and structuring their innovation roadmaps.
· Under the responsibility of the Consumer Benefits Exploration team leader, and in collaboration with Global R&I teams, your main missions will be as follows:
o Plan foresight territories download to key R&I stakeholders to identify key-territories by team
o Organize co-building workshops: structuring key-insights, animating brainstorming sessions, structuring outputs
o Help to set-up a framework to animate Global R&I roadmaps, monitor in time, and synthesize a global overview
o Work a similar plan for brands and marketing, beyond R&I
You are keen on scouting and dealing with early signs of new trends, and collecting additional / new consumers insights, especially through social content & search data, and review & ratings.
The essentials :
• You are available for an internship of a duration of 6 months, starting from September or October 2024
• You are currently following a Master 2 / BAC +5 or similar in Prospective Design, Innovation management, Management & Tech Design, ideally with a food industry background or specialization
• Consumer behavior sciences, consumer understanding and cultural gaps fascinate you
• You have a collaborative spirit and willingness to work and share within a dynamic team
• You are fluent in written and spoken English. French is a plus.

• Creative, you like challenges and know how to project-yourself into the Unknown
• Digitally savvy and at ease with new ways of working leveraging collaboration tools

• Curious about new trends, especially in the food industry, with a strong ability to synthesize information and a desire to engage a larger audience in your endeavors
