YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris, at our Global Headquarters, starting in January 2027 for a duration of 6 months. 

Celine Pradels-Gillet, One DBS Transformation Lead, within the Global Project & Change Office team, will guide you through your day-to-day activities and support your development through the following missions: 

• Support the Global Project & Change Office in coordinating transformation initiatives across DBS and Global Functions. 
• Contribute to project governance activities, including preparation of workshops, steering committees, action plans, risks and issue tracking. 
• Prepare presentations, reporting materials, communication content and stakeholder engagement assets. 
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder mapping, adoption monitoring and feedback collection. 
• Contribute to performance tracking, knowledge management and continuous improvement of PCO tools, methodologies and ways of working.

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months. 
• Pursuing a Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School or University), ideally with a specialization in Project Management, Change Management, Business Transformation, Finance or Organizational Development. 
• Organized, rigorous, proactive and curious. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment. 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. 
• Interested in project management, transformation and change management.
