About the Job

As our new IWS Intern, you will be part of our continuous improvement journey 'IWS'. You will learn, do, and teach the IWS methodology, supporting the department's capability building plan. You will coach the usage of IWS tools to acquire the right level and collaborate closely with your peers. Additionally, you will contribute to our digital IWS roadmap by creating dashboards, assessments, and coaching others on providing the right input. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Learn, do, and teach the IWS methodology.
  • Support the department's capability building plan.
  • Coach usage of IWS tools to acquire the right level.
  • Collaborate closely with your peers as part of the IWS team.
  • Contribute to our digital IWS roadmap by creating dashboards and assessments.
  • Coach others on providing the right input.

About you

As an IWS Intern, continuous improvement and coaching will be second nature to you. You can learn, do, and teach methodologies, support capability building, and create dashboards and assessments. On top of that? You’re a proactive and enthusiastic individual who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • You are in your final year of HBO/University and looking for an internship.
  • You are not just looking for a company to do a school assignment at, but looking for work experience (can be in combination with a school assignment).
  • You are willing to be on-site working 32-40 hours per week.
  • You have a background in (technical) business administration, engineering, or food technology.
  • You are preferably Dutch and English speaking.
