In this internship, you will be part of the Global Transfer Pricing & Tax Transformation team, within our tax / Transfer Pricing function.

 

Our purpose is to design, digitalise and continuously improve transfer pricing processes that support Danone’s global business in a consistent, data‑driven and scalable way. During this internship, you will collaborate closely with Tax, Finance, Data and Transformation teams and support initiatives focused on process optimisation, automation, data analysis and emerging AI use cases in transfer pricing.


Your main responsibilities will be

Transfer Pricing & Analysis

  • Support transfer pricing documentation and monitoring activities
  • Prepare and analyse datasets and calculations used in transfer pricing models
  • Assist with transfer pricing reviews and ad-hoc advisory topics

Tax Transformation & Digitalisation

  • Contribute to tax automation and tooling initiatives
  • Support the improvement of templates, processes and workflows
  • Help translate complex requirements into structured, scalable solutions

Projects & Systems

  • Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to produce analytical outputs

Support broader tax, audit, ESG and reporting projects from a data and process perspective

About you

As a Transfer Pricing Transformation Intern, you have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to reason through complex topics. You are comfortable working with data, enjoy creating digital structures, and are curious about how systems and technology support global tax processes. Prior tax knowledge is preferred but not required; your ability to think logically and work accurately is key.

 

Furthermore, you should also be

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using PowerPoint
  • Analytical, detailoriented and able to work in a structured manner
  • Curious about transfer pricing, technology and process transformation
  • Interested in technology, automation and AI applications in business processes
  • Able to think critically about datadriven improvements and potential AI use cases
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international team

 

Mandatory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
  • Available to start in August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
