YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Within the Danone Food Safety Center Microbiology team, this internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette (91), at our research and innovation center starting from January 2026.

Rosalia, Food Safety Microbiology Manager, will support you to thrive in your missions:

• 30% conduct bibliographic research about selective agents that favor the presence of antimicrobial resistance in food environment   
• 30% perform bioinformatic analysis to search for antimicrobial resistances in microbial genomes   
• 30% establish a correlation between environmental parameters and the presence of antimicrobial resistances
• 10% present the results and conclusions to internal stakeholders

PLUS POINTS OF THIS JOB:

• Develop your skills in bioinformatics and food safety
• Up to 3 days/week of remote work
• Your Navigo pass reimbursed at 100%
• Internship: You will receive a stipend ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January for a duration of 6 months
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
• Curious, capable of working in autonomy and with initiative.
• Language: Do you speak English? We need someone who is fluent
• Softwares: bioinformatic tools, office package
