YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :

Within the Culture & Engagement team, this internship will take place in Paris (75009), at our Global Danone HQ starting from July 2025.

Marco, People Insights Manager, will support you to thrive in your missions :

1. Culture

• Bring our Danone Behaviors to life by supporting and promoting the Culture plan deployment
• Manage and animate the Culture dashboard to ensure our Culture change management plan stays on track
• Participate in the organization of internal actions related to Culture
• Share your innovative ideas to help drive various projects forward

2. Engagement

• Help manage and implement our employee listening program, giving +89,000 employees a voice to shape the company's strategic agenda.
• Discover and use new digital tools to make insights analysis more efficient.
• Be the go-to person for both global and local action plan teams.
• Join in the exciting task of animating a network of 180+ local HR coordinators worldwide (Culture & Engagement)

• You will receive a stipend ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.

• Available from July for a duration of 6 months
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
• Creative: You love thinking outside the box and coming up with fresh, innovative ideas.
• Organized: You excel at keeping everything on track.
• Communicative: You have a talent for clearly conveying your thoughts and ideas to others.
• Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone with an advanced level spoken and written, French is a nice to have.
• Software : you are a Power Point & Excel pro
