YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Within the HR OD team, this internship will take place in Danone HQ in Paris, starting from January 2026. Organizational Development (OD), as part of HR, focuses on shaping the capabilities, company’s structure and ways of working to support Danone’s strategy and people. It drives transformation projects, designs future organizations, and ensures that teams are set up for success.

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January for a duration of 6 months

• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school

• Appetences: Analytical thinking, Strategic mindset, Creativity, Collaboration mindset, good communication skills

• Language : English is a prerequisite 

Softwares : you are good with Excel / you feel comfortable with Power point (beginner to intermediary) / curious and wants to know more about the tool (beginner)
