YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

 

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from January 2026. Leila, Global Sales Manager in the team Global Sales team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role: drive visibility, accessibility, and impact of global Sales capabilities strategies across our internal communication ecosystem.

 

1. Strategic Communications & Content Planning (30%)

  • Plan and lead strategy on Global Sales communication ecosystem across multiple internal channels (the ‘Sales Collective’, Viva Engage, Teams), ensuring alignment with Danone Global Sales Capabilities.
  • Lead internal monthly meetings to align how we will engage the Global Sales community with platform updates, key metrics, and strategic priorities.
  • Understand the needs of both global and CBU (country) teams to ensure strategies are not only shared but actively adopted.

2. Platform Management & Enhancement (30%)

  • Own the Sales Collective homepage & channel to ensure timely, relevant updates from all contributors.
  • Coordinate with IT to implement enhancements that improve user experience and functionality.
  • Drive the vision and roadmap for Sales Collective 2.0, based on user feedback and strategic goals, and present to Senior leadership members.

3. Cross-Functional Teams Collaboration (30%)

  • Partner with Marketing for content strategy, IT for platform improvements, internal communications for corporate alignment, and countries to support their communication needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding and engagement initiatives to ensure all stakeholders are connected and informed.

4. Analytics & Impact Tracking (10%)

    • Analyze platform usage, content engagement, and adoption metrics to inform strategy and improve effectiveness.
    • Develop dashboards or reports to track cascading of global strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

About you

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:

  • Available from January 2026 for a duration of 6 months
  • At the level of Bac+4/5 in business school
  • Operate with autonomy, proactively identifying opportunities to improve communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Comfortable working across teams/senior managers and functions in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.Interested in using digital platforms/IT/Tech/AI for community engagement.
  • Bilingual in English
