As an L&D intern, you’ll be an integral part of our team, providing essential services across all our businesses in the Netherlands. We’re in an exciting phase of change, and you’ll find yourself in a dynamic environment full of new developments. Our ambitious goal is to optimize the growth and development of our employees and provide diverse learning opportunities. You will support these activities primarily by managing learning data, coordinating training administration, animating digital learning platforms, and taking active part in ongoing projects.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and Organizing Trainings: Support in coordinating training sessions across the Netherlands.
  • Logistics Support: Handle invitations, materials, location bookings, and post-evaluation reviews to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Learning Data management: Data analysis, maintaining data hygiene, and support in reporting using MS excel
  • Digital Platform Management: Assist in the animation of our digital e-learning platforms on Danone’s internal social media
  • Self-Development Initiatives: Support coaching, mentoring, and 360 surveys.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person and manage queries from participants and trainers for the assigned trainings.

 

Beyond these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to be part of other projects that will be available during the internship period. There is sufficient room to develop yourself!

About you

We are looking for a student with a relevant Bachelor/Master in Work & Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or any related field. You like to take initiative and communicate with different levels of stakeholders. You are well-organized and can prioritize your work which is supported by your results- and customer-oriented mindset. You have an interest in analyzing data and are knowledgeable in MS Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint. You can work autonomously and are fluent in the English language.

 

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
  • You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
  • In the case of non-EU citizens, it is mandatory to provide a 3-party internship agreement signed by your university;
  • Ideally available to start in March 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written; Dutch is considered as a plus;
  • You are able to work from our Hoofddorp, Rijswijk and Utrecht offices, at least 2 days per week.
