As our Legal & Compliance Intern, you will gain exposure to a broad range of legal and compliance matters, actively contributing to compliance initiatives while developing your professional skills.

In this internship, you will be part of the Legal and regulatory team, within Nutricia Worldwide. Our purpose is to ensure global compliance and support safe market access to Nutricia’s products.
During this internship, you will collaborate with various stakeholders within Danone to follow up pn legal and compliance processes.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Contract Review & Drafting – Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, including NDAs and service agreements.
• Corporate Documentation & Verification – Assisting in corporate checks, including signatory and address verifications
• Third-Party Vetting & Due Diligence – Supporting teams in reviewing and providing input within our supplier vetting platform.
• Compliance & Regulatory Monitoring – Conducting research, monitoring legal developments, and maintaining compliance registers.
• Website & Privacy Compliance – Reviewing legal statements, privacy-related topics, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Additionally, depending on the timing of your internship and your interests, you will have the opportunity to engage in other legal and compliance topics.

As a legal and compliance intern, attention to detail will be second nature to you. You have good communication skills and have solid grasp of MS office. On top of that? You’re organized, hardworking, able to work with different priorities and always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelors or master’s in law or Applied Science during the whole internship period.
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit).
• Ideally available to start in December 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4/5 days per week.
• You are fluent in Fluent in English - spoken and written.
• You are able to work from our Rijswijk office, at least once a week.
