About the Job
In this internship, you will be part of our Dairy Marketing team, responsible for building some of Danone's exciting dairy brands, including Danone Skyr and Danone Greek. Our mission is to create meaningful consumer experiences and continue growing our brands within a highly competitive category.
During this internship, you will support the Brand Manager on communication and innovation projects while also taking ownership of your own initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and a variety of external agencies.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting product launches and innovation projects;
- Coordinating digital campaigns, social media and influencer marketing activities;
- Conducting market research and consumer insight analyses;
- Supporting packaging updates and artwork development;
- Creating and coordinating in-store communication materials;
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.

About you
As a Brand Management Intern, you are proactive, eager to learn, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of marketing initiatives. You can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for marketing and brand management;
- Is currently doing a bachelor or master in marketing or related field
- Has a hands-on and proactive mindset;
- Is flexible and enjoys taking on new challenges;
- Possesses strong communication skills;
- Thrives both independently and in collaborative environments;
- Is eager to learn and take ownership.
There are also some compulsory requirements:
- Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student throughout the entire internship period;
- Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number (non-EU citizens must hold a valid Dutch residence permit);
- For non-EU citizens, a signed three-party internship agreement from your university is required;
- Available to start on December 15th, 2026 for 9-12 months;
- Available 4-5 days per week;
- Fluent in both Dutch and English;
- Able to work from our Rijswijk office at least two days per week.
