In this internship, you will be part of the Global Marketing team, within our Specialized Nutrition business, focusing on the Neocate brand—a global leader in managing Cow’s Milk Allergy in children.

Our purpose is to support healthcare professionals and families with trusted, science-based nutritional solutions. During this internship, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support initiatives that drive brand performance and innovation.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Conducting competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities;
• Creating monthly dashboards using Power BI and internal financial data;
• Exploring automation opportunities for dashboard creation and data analysis;
• Analysing brand performance and initiatives to provide actionable insights;
• Supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and materials;
• Assisting with operational tasks such as organizing samples and maintaining storage areas.

In addition to these core tasks, you’ll participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and help organize events. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional and country teams, gaining exposure to a structured yet dynamic environment that bridges the medical and pharma sectors.

As a Global Marketing intern, analytical thinking and attention to detail will be second nature to you. You’re confident working with data in Excel and Power BI, know your way around PowerPoint, and enjoy communicating with different stakeholders. On top of that? You’re self-assured, approachable, and eager to contribute to a positive team dynamic.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Consumer Psychology or any related field during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in November for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English- spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week.
