In this internship, you will be part of the Cycles & Procurement (C&P) Centre of Excellence (CoE), within our Danone HQ in Hoofddorp. Our purpose is to support buyers in the Cycles & Procurement (C&P) Centre of Excellence (CoE) team in building capabilities and driving communication and engagement across the buying community and other key stakeholders. with sourcing and contracting activities. During this internship, you will collaborate with various teams and coordinate/support on communication and engagement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing and animating internal communication to stakeholders via different channels;
• Supporting further digitalisation & communication on our training materials;
• Making publicity around new initiatives launched by the CoE;
• Developing a procurement portal as a one-stop knowledge centre, providing reliable information that both buyers and AI agents can use in guiding buyers effectively.

You are a final year Bachelor/Master student Communication, Marketing, Journalism or Business Administration. As a Communication & Engagement intern, storytelling, graphic design and digital curiosity will be second nature to you. You can create engaging visuals, presentations and videos, and know how to structure information in a clear, user-friendly way. You are confident using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint. You enjoy working on change-related initiatives and are curious about how digital platforms can AI agents can make guidance easier for buyers to find and use. On top of that? You’re a proactive and reliable team player who takes ownership and isn’t afraid to speak up or explore new ideas.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• In the case of non-EU citizens, it is mandatory to provide a 3-party internship agreement signed by your university;
• Ideally available to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English- spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2-3 days per week.
