As an intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and execution of development programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support logistics and organizational aspects of program rollouts,
• Prepare learning paths and sessions in our internal learning platform,
• Promote sessions, manage participant lists, and handle session reporting,
• Work extensively with Learning Management Systems and knowledge management tools,
• Administer and update process documentation,
• Convert training materials into engaging formats, including e-learning modules.

To succeed in that role, we believe you need to:

• Be fluent in English,
• Strong organizational, communication & analytical skills,
• Interest in learning technologies and program management,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel),
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
