We will support your onboarding so you can:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for entry-level roles
• Publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms
• Screen CVs and support candidate pre-selection activities
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records in the system and recruitment databases
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
• Prepare recruitment reports and administrative documentation
• Collaborate with local and international HR teams

• Students, recent graduates, or individuals with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR
• Candidates studying or educated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or related fields
• Fluent Polish speakers with a very good command of English (minimum B2)
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• Well-organized individuals with strong attention to detail
• People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities
• Users with good knowledge of MS Office
