About the Role:

Join us as our new QFS Performance Improvement Intern in our Hoofddorp office and support the QFS Performance, Knowledge, and Continuous Improvement Global Leader. Your main focus will be on improving QFS Performance by consolidating performance data, analyzing results, and enhancing the current QFS Performance management process.

Main Activities:

Induction Phase:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Global Quality Performance process, reporting tools, KPI definitions & calculations, and basic knowledge of quality & food safety.
  • Connect with internal stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels, as well as KPI owners across the end-to-end value chain to understand their scope and performance ways of working.

Mission:

  • Maintain and improve the Control Tower KPI reporting tool by monitoring data, coordinating the automation of data extraction linked to the One Source System, gathering user feedback, identifying and addressing issues, and ensuring data consistency and quality.
  • Maintain the automation of the Quality & Food Safety Dashboard to minimize manual work by keeping Power BI up to date and properly linked to the One Source System and other data sources.
  • Collaborate on the KPI correlation process by consolidating results, automating data collection, and keeping Power BI up to date.

About you

  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analysis, or a related field with a data science discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Power BI.
  • Experience in creating Power BI dashboards
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Quick learner with an understanding of Danone's business and the role of Quality & Food Safety in the end-to-end value chain.
  • Proactive in bringing improvements and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Available from June 2025.
