We are looking for Three enthusiastic, independent and ambitious Shopper Activation Marketing interns to join the Shopper Marketing department based in Brussels for a period of 6 months.

We are hiring three interns for this position, each focusing on different segments:

One intern will focus on Danone Dairy 

One intern will focus on Alpro plant-based

One intern will focus on Baby Nutrition  

Join our FMCG team! Experience life in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector with our dynamic, talented, and enthusiastic team. 

In this 6-month partly-remunerated internship, you'll join our incredible local shopper marketing team. Shopper marketing focuses on convincing consumers to buy our products at their preferred purchase points, whether it's a supermarket, e-commerce platform, or even a petrol station.

As a shopper marketeer, you'll identify key moments and places to ensure shoppers find our products and develop activations to encourage them to add our products to their basket or cart.

What would be your role in this team, you ask?

• Collaborate with the shopper team on activations in Belgium and Luxembourg, including new product launches and key occasions like "back to school."
• Involve in the entire process: briefing agencies, providing input on creative concepts, and following up until the project is live.
• Focus on driving excellence in execution: ensure brand identity consistency through the design and timely availability of point-of-sale materials (displays, wobblers, shelf dividers).
• Monitor the impact of activations on key customer KPIs with the shopper marketeer to gain insights and optimize future activations.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in various functions, such as the brand marketing team, key accounts, and field sales manager.

• 📅 Start between July & August 2025 for a 6-month internship.
• 🎓 Preferably hold a Bachelor or Master's Degree (e.g., Communications, Economics, Marketing, Digital Marketing).
• 🌟 Hungry for a first experience in marketing.
• 🥛 Passionate about dairy and plant-based products & baby nutrition, eager to dive into shopper marketing.
• 📊 Analytical, punctual, and excellent at coordination.
• 💡 Flexible mindset: proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
• 🐾 Social animal, adding your personal touch to our team.
• 🌐 Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• ✈️ You need to relocate to Belgium for this internship.
