You will be part of the Strategy, Insights & Analytics team, a small and lean team connected to many functions of the organization. You will work closely with two different teams from Specialized Nutrition: Early Life Nutrition & Adult Nutrition. You will interact with different departments and gain experience at a global scope in a multicultural company. You must have become curious to know what would be your main tasks & responsibilities.

You will be asked to:

• Contribute to S&I projects (ad hoc market research or market data related) under the supervision of the S&I Director/Head/Senior Manager of category/ function and support marketing teams in relevant reports/ presentations finding the pieces of the puzzle then putting them together to trigger decision making and actions:

• • Extract and consolidate data from various sources ranging from market data/ competition/ trends to e-listening and previous S&I findings.
  • Generate analysis using Danone data platform.
  • Summarize, deliver presentations with strong headlines and clear storylines.
  • Accumulate, catalogue, socialize insights across the organization.

• Facilitate and conduct one-to-one consumer connects leveraging on existing tech solutions.
• Track the progress of roadmaps/ dashboards and KPIs for different projects in the team.
• Align and fine-tuning Look & Feel for (PowerPoint) presentations, e.g. market research presentations or market (share) data/ business reviews.
• Organize Business Updates and Management meetings: agenda & overall arrangement.
• Support the S&I team on topics such as internal communication and campaigns, facilitation/ animation of workshops & meetings, team outputs and presentations to spread our initiatives and actions across the organization.

You should be an enthusiastic self-starter and easy communicator, not afraid to proactively reach out to people when necessary and perfectly able to work autonomously. You know how to organize people and information and prioritize, you are reliable and respect deadlines and push others to do the same! You are adaptable, flexible to react but also maintaining high professional standards.

You have:

• An eye for detail and the quality of information.
• An analytical mindset - you like digging into data and working with Excel and PowerPoint – but also the ability to swiftly organize, structure information and synthesize conclusions.
• The ability to challenge situations, act with resilience and manage stakeholders.
• A great team spirit with sharp communication skills
• Some creativity added to rigor is a plus.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in August 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English- spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week.
