Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Inventory Manager to join our talented logistics team at Airport Oaks. This is your chance to make a significant impact by building and maintaining an efficient inventory control and storage system across the NZ Supply Chain network.

 In this key position, you will report directly to the Transport and Contracts Manager, ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures. You will also leverage your expertise in the Supply Chain System to ensure data integrity, provide end-user training, and enable effective planning of stocks and transactions throughout our network.

You will:

  • Ensure inventory accuracy across the supply chain to maximize customer service levels
  • Maintain SAP, WMS, and 3PL inventory accuracy with physical counts
  • Drive continuous improvements in ANZ Supply Chain systems
  • Provide training and documentation for high system utilization
  • Organize and manage stocktakes, reconciliations, cycle counts, obsolete stock & stock food process
  • Identify and address gaps in knowledge and system performance
  • Conduct inventory reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Be part of Internal/External RMP/MPI/Compliance Audits

To be successful, you will also have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain/Commerce/Business or a related field
  • Proven experience in the Supply Chain function within an FMCG/Food/Dairy/ pharmaceutical business.
  • Prior hands-on experience with the SAP system, ideally MM and LE modules
  • Proven people management and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with shifting priorities
  • Great communication skills, able to adapt to different functions and organization levels
  • Agile mindset and openness to new ways of working
