In this context, we are looking for an IT&Data Invoice to Cash Product Analyst to join our international team.
In this role, you will support the Product Owner responsible for Esker and Blackline applications, contributing to product development and continuous improvement. You will combine technical expertise and strong understanding of finance processes (I2C) to help maximize business value and user satisfaction on a global scale.
You will work at the intersection of Finance, IT, and Product Management, contributing to the evolution of digital solutions supporting the Invoice to Cash process.
You will play a key role in:
translating business needs into actionable product requirements
supporting product roadmap and backlog management
driving continuous improvement initiatives
ensuring effective collaboration between business and IT stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements
Translate business needs into clear and structured inputs for product development
Support communication of requirements across business and technical teams
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to product performance analysis and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and value
Identify and mitigate risks impacting product delivery and adoption
Collect feedback from stakeholders and end users to drive continuous improvement
Act as a key liaison between business, IT, and global stakeholders
Participate in or manage projects related to product development and enhancements
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Esker and Blackline applications
We are looking for a professional who combines functional expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
Required skills & experience:
Strong knowledge of Invoice to Cash (I2C) processes
Experience with Esker or Blackline applications (or similar finance tools)
Proven experience in large-scale, international IT projects
Strong project management capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in complex and fast-changing environments
Fluency in English
Preferred experience:
Experience in global organizations and transformation environments
Knowledge of SAP Finance ecosystem
French or Polish language skills
